ACI Recognized with an IREM Award

ACI has been chosen to receive an IREM Award for 2011 to recognize its outstanding service and value to both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors.

Founded in 1962, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) is an international community of real estate managers across all property types dedicated to ethical business practices and maximizing the value of investment real estate. IREM Minnesota Chapter 45 has been recognized as a Five Star Chapter by IREM headquarters since 2006. The Chapter Star Recognition Program recognizes IREM chapters for providing valuable member services and programs, and five stars is the highest possible rating.

The program awards points for specific activities based on criteria that define effective, successful chapters. This great accomplishment would not have been possible without the time, effort, and talent that our members have contributed over the years.
