Thermal Bond Patching is a new technology for a longer repair that utilizes infrared heating panels to penetrate heat through the asphalt up to a temperature that allows for the area to be reworked with hand tools.  Some of the old asphalt mix is removed, rejuvenating oil is applied and new material is added.  The patch is then compacted and the repair complete.  This patch can be done all year around.
